UL Mutual partners with TELUS Health

We would like to inform you that as of Tuesday, October 10, 2017, claims for medicines and pharmacy services made by UL Mutual insureds will be processed by a new payment intermediary system, namely, TELUS | assure owned by TELUS Health.

This change will have no impact on the insureds’ habits in pharmacy. The certificate and group numbers will remain the same and cards already issued will still be valid.

Pharmacists were also notified of this change and will not have to make any changes to the insured’s file. However, if some error message should occur during the electronic transmission of a claim, the insureds may remind their pharmacist that the transactions are now transmitted by TELUS | assure (TELUS Health).
